We fulfill and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Usually, they are prrocessed within the same day if payment is received before 4:30 PST. To cancel or change an order, please call us at (888) 559-1336 to ensure we do not begin processing the product. If the order was placed more than 24 hours ago, it's likely that your item(s) processed and shipped already. Please visit our returns page, and we will refund you after we receive the returned item.
Back2Basics Survival accepts returns for unused, unaltered, and undamaged items for a full refund within 45 days of the original purchase. That being said, we proudly stand behind our products and assess returns on a case-by-case basis with guest satisfaction as our highest priority. We'll always do our best to deal with each situation with the best possible judgement and fairness; we hope our guests will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

You may use the same packaging it arrived in, or you may use any other box or padded envelope. If we have made a mistake on your order, we cover all shipping costs for returns, otherwise you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. We will refund you as soon as we receive your item, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We offer free exchanges within the U.S. for any problems that may come up when you first receive your order. These issues include: us accidentally shipping you the wrong product (it is rare, but we are not perfect) and manufacturer product defects. We DO NOT offer free exchanges for items that have been used and/or damaged by the user. This includes normal use and wear. To exchange your product please see “How do I exchange an item?”
To exchange your product, please send an email to email@example.com with the following two pieces of information: Order # and the Item you need to exchange.
Your order number can be located in the order confirmation email that was sent once you completed your purchase. Search Back2Basics Survival in your email provider and this should pop up.
If you DO NOT have an order number, please submit your home address instead.

Hi Back2Basics Survival, My name is John D. and I was sent the wrong sized item. Can I exchange it? My order number is #34159. I bought the Camouflaged Anti-Slip Hunting & Fishing Gloves in a Large size, but was sent a Medium. Thank you. -John

The most common place to find Discount Codes is our Newsletters. If you create an account with our website, you are given the option to opt-in for the Newsletter. We only use this to announce new products or offer discounts, NEVER spam. You can sign up by clicking on the VIP Sign-Up tab at the bottom of the website.
We highly value your feedback regarding our existing products. To provide feedback please use the "Contact" tab in the top menu above. However, we seldom accept unsolicited ideas, including ideas for new products, product improvements, new product names, or advertising campaigns.
Due to the agreements that are in place with our suppliers and manufacturers that allow us to offer free shipping, express shipping is not usually offered for most products.
However, express shipping is available on a case-by-case basis via US postal carriers and additional costs will vary per order. If you would like Express Shipping, please send us an inquiry via email or through the "Contact" tab.
Back2BasicsSurvival.com represents several top-level manufacturers and highly demanded products. In order to offer free shipping on most of our products, we ship direct from the manufacturer to keep costs low and enable us to pass these savings to our customers. Therefore, multi-product orders may arrive in multiple packages from various points of origin. Order processing can take up to 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Our fulfillment center observes most federal holidays. We estimate you should plan for up to 7-10 business days AFTER order processing, although often products arrive much sooner. Please allow this time to pass before contacting us regarding the status of your order.
A tracking number will be emailed to you. When your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation with the tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive the tracking number for your shipper to update the tracking information. Once shipped, the length of time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on the origin(s) of the shipment.
First, as the package is delivered by your local postal carrier, it might have been placed in the wrong mailbox. If you cannot find it, please contact us through our email or call us. We will be more than happy to help you!
